POSTAGE:
Free delivery within the UK, posted within three working days (usually sooner) by Royal Mail 1st Class post, or Standard Parcels depending on size and weight. In most cases orders are dispatched the same or next working day.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, expert advice, quality products and fast free delivery. Clearly written instructions are enclosed where-ever necessary to assist with your fitting. Our priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
PRODUCTS:
We only stock quality products on our site, our cable is to BT spec1308 and our Linejacks are made by pressace who also supply BT. I use the same products daily as a telephone engineer so it has to be good!
PAYMENT:
No VAT to pay. Payment by credit or debit card using Paypal (you do not need to sign up to paypal to make payment) by bank transfer, postal order or cheque made payable to Alan Wright and send to the address on our contact page.
RETURNS:
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not we will offer a no quibble refund or exchange.
